Training Modules
Training Modules provide interactive governance training content for your team, ensuring that everyone involved in AI governance understands the platform, the policies, and their responsibilities.
Overview
Effective AI governance requires more than technology -- it requires people who understand why governance matters and how to use the tools. Training Modules deliver structured learning content directly within the TheWARDN console.

| Component | Description |

| Scenarios | Interactive governance scenarios to practice decision-making |
| Knowledge Checks | Questions to verify understanding of material |
| Practical Exercises | Hands-on tasks using the console (e.g., create a policy, review an escrow item) |
Completion Tracking
The console tracks each team member's progress through the training modules:
- Module completion status (not started, in progress, completed)
- Knowledge check scores
- Completion timestamps
- Certification status
TIP
Require team members to complete the AI Governance Fundamentals and Incident Response modules before granting them escrow review permissions. This ensures that everyone making governance decisions has baseline training.
Certification
Upon completing all required modules and passing the associated knowledge checks, team members receive a TheWARDN Governance Certification. Certification records are retained in the system for audit purposes.
WARNING
Training modules are updated as the platform evolves. When significant features or policy types are added, affected modules are revised. Team members with existing certifications will be prompted to review updated content.
Assigning Training
Administrators can assign specific modules to team members or groups:
- Assign Policy Configuration to governance administrators
